Gastropology is about a bar and restaurant analysis methodology from an anthropological point of view created by Sergio Gil.
This tool allows to study the behaviour, reactions and sociocultural evidences of human beings in the context of restaurant business. This is an important clue that gives us constant details which used properly provide us signs that can be organized in a Cartesian hierarchy.
This analytic tool helps us with work guidelines, service dynamics, menu design, marketing and communication, beverage supply and building and decorating the work areas.
